~Welcome~
Today I chose to work with the stampin up ink pad Cherry cobbler. I have the older pad yet, and I tried to re-ink it with the refill bottle, but it's just not the same, the image is a bit blotchy. I suppose back to youtube for me to figure out what I did wrong. I Love Christmas time, so my first card today has that for the theme. I probably could have added some glitter to the tree tops for sparkle, I suppose next time.
My second card is a Valentine. I used all stampin up supplies for that too, even the embossing folder. I should mention none of the paper I ever use is from stampin Up. Someday eventually I will budget that in my order.
I sure do THANK YOU for taking time to stop by and read my blog. If you would like my facebook page at: Pj's Projects That would be wonderful.
Here's a little video of the birds at the feeder and deck this afternoon. Hope you enjoy.
☺Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping☺
As I mentioned on facebook, I love how these cards came out! I keep saying I will start my Xmas cards but alas!! As far as reinking, check out this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdkTXMEy8CY. I have a lot of the old type stamp pads and I do what she does and it works out OK. I find that leaving them sit for awhile helps as well. Your video shows how happy your furry friends are with all that love you are giving them! I can't feed little birds here. If I put out feeders, all the big crows come out of the woods and scare the little birds away! Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the link. I think I must be adding to much ink, and not letting it set open. I will keep trying. Oh my daughter would love your crows, she thinks they are so great, we don't have many around here. I grew up with a lot in the neighborhood. Apparently it's too loud for them here next to the train yard and all the traffic in front. haha Have a great Week.
