Welcome~Thank you for stopping by my blog.
Today I have another post for you so I could enter this card in the color challenge at: Pals Paper Arts. I only had the crushed curry, and Bermuda bay inks..so I had to improvise as usual. I used the stampin up set cupcake party. That has a matching punch. I used an embossing folder for the background and then a die to cut the star and the sentiment. I swirled a bit of sparkly silver twine behind it and place a few silver tiny star brads randomly, I also used my one and only (so far) wink of stella gold pen to light the candle.
For my blog followers I usually post a few pictures of my side yard visitors.. and today we have Chippy. These little rascals can be a tad annoying with their chirping noise, even over the trains and traffic in my industrial park neighborhood they make themselves heard.
Please stop back again soon.
☺Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping☺
Love the use of the emboss folder and all the element you used to make this color challenge a success! Thanks for playing along with the pals color challenge!

DeleteA super card. Love how you put them twine behind. That,s something I never think to do. Chippy is really cute. I would love to hear him squeak. Barbxx
ReplyDeleteThank you Barb, I just saw someone do something similar with the twine behind.. so I thought I would give it a try.
DeleteSuch a fun card. The embossing really allows the cupcake to stand out, centering the eye on the focal point. Lovely work. Thanks for playing with Pals Paper Arts.
