Dearest blog readers, today was just extremely
hectic. It was one thing after another here.
I'm grateful for a few moments to make a card.
I will enter this in the challenge at:
I didn't purchase the dies for the stamp set,
and many times I wish I would have. Sometimes
my trying to save a dollar doesn't pay off. So
I had to fussy cut out all the images. Then of course
I didn't realize how "tall" the antenna "rabbit ears" were
so I had to lower the tv so they'd fit on the card. I really
should plan things out before gluing them down.
To my delight the little sticky embellishments were perfect
for the knobs on the tv. I think that's my favorite part.
Here's a picture of little Patriot pup. I
finally got his surgery scheduled for the April 22nd.
Now just praying it will all go well, and no other issues.
The verse I chose for this card is:
Matt 6:22KJV
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single,
thy whole body shall be full of light.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping

I can totally relate to your die cut statement. I've done that many times as well, only to wish later on that I had the dies! Anyway, you've made a great card here! Thanks for playing along with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments!

ReplyDeleteI am so glad that you were able to sneak in a little time to create this cute card! It would be great as a masculine card and I love the way you used the sketch with the tv! Great idea! Thanks for joining the hand stamped sentiments challenge!
