SSC167 WINTER WARMTH~Wrapped in Warmth, Wonderland

Are you all busy getting ready for Christmas?  I told myself today would be the day I start writing out Christmas cards, well  I have not.  I ended up working on the making part.  That's always my most favorite thing to do.
I made this card using two stampin up sets:  Wonderland for the snowy background and Wrapped in warmth for the sentiment.  I masked off the rest of the sentiment to just use the "keep warm" part.   The mitten is a die that I've had for a while and after cutting it once in red I cut it again in white to make the cuffs.  I added the cute button and ric rac ribbon for trim.  I then embossed them to make it look like they were really knit together.  Gosh I wish I knew how to knit.  I would make socks and mittens all the time.  With all fun colors to make a person happy.

I'm going to submit this card to the challenge at: Sunday Stamps

We are to use 3 of the colors.  I chose 2 different grays and the red.
I also added a picture of HP enjoying the snowfall.  He loves it.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
I'd love to have you follow my blog.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping.
