Thank you for stopping by.
Today I made a card for the sketch challenge at:
I was so happy to be able to use my train stamp. I have been wanting to try and make a more masculine birthday card. I think it turned out lovely with the embossed background and the twine on the side of one of the little banners. Of course I think the bottom needed a little something, so I added the sentiment. there. I could not choose what picture looked better.
So I posted both.
So curious as how this little bird stays warm in the cold weather. Don't look like many fluffy feathers here. Nevertheless, I thought it was a cute picture and I enjoy sharing it with you.
Hope you will stop back soon.
☺Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping☺
I love this card PJ and the train works so well. I do enjoy your little bird pictures too. Barbxx
ReplyDeleteThank you Barb for the kind words. I always think after the fact but I should have posted a picture of the train yard next to my house.. it would have went well with this card ..well, maybe next time.

DeleteGreat card! Love the use of black and white and the embossed background looks fabulous! The Alaska Railroad runs behind my house and in the summer my teens love to go back there and wave to all the tourists going by on the passenger trains LOL
ReplyDeleteAlso, love the bird pic! I love it when we get cold and I get chickadees all puffed up and sitting on the feeding ledge I have under my dining room window. I could watch them for hours!
Thanks for playing along with us at Sunday Stamps!
Lisa, thank you for the kind words and sharing with me about the railroad. I too am "blessed" haha.. by tracks.. our first home we lived about 15 feet away from the tracks..the train went through quietly and people used the tracks as a side walk, this this home we live next to a train yard, constant 24 hour train noise. it has about 10 tracks, I should post a picture someday. Our kids love the tracks too. Thank you for the kind words about the bird pic too. I also love watching them and the squirrels. Makes me smile☺
