So even though my last post was all the Valentine's cards (about 10) I had made so far, I knew I would have to make at least one or two more for the Cross My Heart💗challenge at Retro Rubber Challenge Blog
This card today uses the 2002 Delightful Doodles heart from Stampin Up, I embossed the background and used a "love"ly die to which I added little droplets of pearl paint to make it pop. I also highlighted the stamped heart with the same pearl drops.
I wanted to share with you the pictures I took of the visitor that stops by the side yard. He has been coming to our place off and on for years now, and I finally got a picture of the big beauty. We live next to a snowmobile junk yard so it's prime real estate for him to find his prey.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog, it would be so helpful and much appreciated if you would share my blog on facebook, pinterest or google+ by using the buttons below.
Please browse around my blog, and see the many cards I've been making.
Keep Smiling😊 Keep Stamping
Love the card! Really love the Hawk, once again you are getting all the wildlife!!
ReplyDeletePJ, the way you've added the pearl drops to the 'love' is genius as it really does make the word stand out and it help tie it to the style of the doodle heart. It's the perfect embossing folder that you've used in the background too. Very Valentines without being too sweet. Thanks so much for joining us at Retro Rubber for this challenge.
