I made this card for the challenge at:
I was a bit worried on how to use my new
stamp set, Welcoming woods. I thought
it lovely and reminded me of growing up.
We had a birch tree in the yard, and when
the wind would blow, the leaves would
sound like they were clapping. As a kid
that is what I use to tell myself when we
were suppose to be taking our naps.
To this day I love the sound of the wind in the trees.
But this stamp set had me perplexed. I wasn't sure
what color to use to make them stand out. So I went
with a soft gray. I'm happy with how it turned out.
Does anyone else ever worry about photopolymer stamps
ripping? I try to be extra careful with them. I get so nervous
pulling them off the sheet to put on the acrylic block.
Any ways, perhaps it's just me.
I'd love to have you follow me on instagram at:
You might just find a stamp or
stamp set you NEED to purchase.
Perhaps even a card.
I know I'd greatly appreciate the sales.
So make sure to check it out. đ
