I was so excited to play with this new stampin up set called: Hand Delivered. I feel so blessed to be able to have made a purchase that enabled me to get a hostess set. YAY😊
So I found a challenge to play along with. Freshly Made Sketches
As you can see I turned the sketch so it was more vertical, enabling me to have room for the balloons. I used some lovely DSP for the background and also for her dress. I found a piece of ribbon that matched the colors almost perfect so that is what I chose for my banner along the edge. After some coloring and fussy cutting I then used the glossy accents for the balloons and it gave it such a realistic look. LOVE that.
Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit.
I hope you will take a moment and look at my other cards, projects and pictures. I'd love to have you follow my blog.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping
Great job with the sketch. I haven't done any paper piecing in a long time! The photo of your dog sent chills through me. My parents had two dogs just like him/her. I bought both of the dogs for them, sadly they are all gone now. On a positive note, thanks for your comments on my blog. Take care!
