When I find a sketch that is a bit challenging. I get a little consumed with trying to work with it. Does that ever happen to you? This one at:
Is delightful. So simple and yet elegant. But I can't seem to get a good take on it. So I'm trying again but with a floral twist. Using my daisy duct tape and two stampin up sets called: Daisy Delight and Heartfelt Blooms. I really like the practice of stamping the inside of my cards, I have to tell you my dear friend Nancy inspired that and she also gave me an amazing tip about my papers. Sometimes my cutter blades go dull so quickly I don't have new ones on hand, so Nancy suggested to use an emery board to soften those rough edges. My gosh it works wonderful. Thank you Nancy 💛
I wanted to include a couple pictures. I made these little boxes for the kids for Valentine's day and then made those yummy little treats for the inside. I really like the "tie dye" heart look.
I then made hubby a heart shaped meatloaf for dinner. Getting creative with my cooking. haha.
Thank you so much for taking time to stop by for a visit today.
I hope you will take a moment and check out my other cards, projects and pictures. I'd love to have you follow my blog.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping.
I'm a fan of a simple sketch as well. I think it gives you much more freedom! You've made a great choice going with the daisy as the focal for the sketch. It's so cheerful and perfect for a thank you card! Thanks for sharing it with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
