Well, folks I had quite an interesting time making this card. I overthink everything a bit to much.
So I thought of my little lodge at the base of the snowy mountains, and I realized I don't think I could live there in fear of an avalanche or something, Then when I added the deer, I thought how lovely to watch the animals. Then quickly remembered my house right here in town with it's wild life. I really appreciate some, and others not so much. Like the fact we always have to have the mouse traps loaded with bait, and just the other day I felt like Dorothy on the Wizard of oz when she was trapped in the Wicked Witch's castle, and Toto got away.. Well my friends, that's what happen as I said to my husband, "he got away, toto got away" however the darn mouse took the trap with him. So my dear man had to search for that, he found the trap finally but no mouse. Sigh.. good times living in an older home.
Well onto the card again. I will submit it to the challenge at:
As you can see I didn't add the flowers along the bottom of the circle, because I ran out of room, so much for my overthinking here. I completely forgot to leave space.
The stamp sets featured in this card are:
Stampin Up: Snow Front
Stampin Up: Here Comes The Sun
I stamped all the images on a piece of white card stock and then cut them into 4 pieces and glued them down to the brown card stock. It reminds me of a mosaic art work being pieced together.
Happy news to report: I sold a couple cards in my Etsy shop. That always makes me smile.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping
