If you take a quick glance at my second card you will see I went like super "crazy" this morning. I blame it on a lack of sleep. I've been up since 2:30am again, so apparently I wasn't thinking, and I just kept stamping and coloring and pasting and painting. By the time I was done it looked like Holiday madness on a card. UGH.. so scratch that card. onto something a bit more calmer. Hence the top candy cane card that I will be submitting to the following challenges:
Thank you for stopping in for a visit.
Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping.
I love the frame of peppermints around the oval shape. What a fabulous way to use the sketch.

OMG!! I just love these cards! They make me want to bring out the Christmas decorations! You did for getting up so early! The gingebread house is adorable and the candy canes make me want to go to Walmart's and buy some!
ReplyDeleteTwo great cards. Your candy cane is so clean, fresh and poised, but I do kinda love the madness of your gingerbread house, with its icing sugar background! Thank you for sharing with us at the Christmas Card Throwdown.

Adorable cards...and both are great and using the flip of sketch too on the one...love them. Thanks for sharing with us at AHSC this week.
ReplyDeleteYour candy cane card is very restrained in comparison to your gingerbread card which must be Willy Wonka inspired. :) Both fun though and I like the red and white.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along at Christmas Card Throwdown.
